According to a statistics made by Tourism Department, there were about 101.000 turns of tourists visiting and participating in festivities during the seven-day-long event. This figure consists of 19.190 international visitors and 81.810 domestic visitors. The total revenue earned was VND 159 billion. Among 49.000 tourists accommodating in the province, there were 9.310 foreign visitors and 39.690 domestic visitors. On average, the hotel capacity reached 70%.
As informed by Tourism Department, Hue International Arts Festival Week 2024 took place while the international firework festival was held in Danang city. In addition, high school entrance examinations were organized across provinces. These factors affected the number of visitors joining Hue Festival. However, the province observed a large quantity of holiday makers, particularly those traveled individually. As surveyed, visitors are satisfied with services, security and safety at destinations.

This way, its position as a festival city, a center for culture and tourism of the country and region was defined.
Hue International Arts Festival Week 2024 contributes to implementing Resolution 54-NQ/TW of the Politburo on developing Thua Thien Hue till 2030, vision to 2045. Accordingly, Thua Thien Hue will become a centrally managed ctiy which features culture, heritage, ecology, scenery, environmental friendliness and intelligent operation on the basis of conserving and promoting heritages and Hue cultural identity.
