Van Van tomb (Tu Thong tomb)

Van Van tomb was the resting place of the Dowager Empress of Nguyen dynasty Duong Thi Thuc. Born in 1868, Dowager Empress Duong Thi Thuc was the wife of Emperor Dong Khanh who ruled the country from 1885 to 1889, the mother of Emperor Khai Dinh whose reign lasted from 1916 to 1925, and the grandmother of Emperor Bao Dai who led the country from 1926 to 1945.
Long An palace

Long An Palace currently serves as the main gallery of Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities. This palace was constructed under the reign of Emperor Thieu Tri - the heyday of Nguyen dynasty's royal fine arts. This structure showed the quintessence of current architecture and decoration. Having been built for 180 years (from 1945-2022), Long An Palace was conserved and became one of the best wooden architecture in Vietnam.

Co Thanh tomb is the place where Lord Nguyen Phuc Luan (1733-1765) - the father of Emperor Gia Long was buried. Also known as "So" tomb, the structure is about 11km from Hue city center.

Tang Thu Lau – Hoc Hai lake

Constructed on Hoc Hai lake in summer 1825, under the reign of Emperor Minh Mang, Tang Thu Lau (archives office) was one of the national document storages under Nguyen dynasty.
Tinh Tam lake

Tinh Tam lake is one of the most well-known landscapes of Hue Imperial city. It is now located at Dong Ba ward, Hue city. Tinh Tam lake used to be a part of the Kim Long river. It was later renovated and named Ky Te pond. In 1822 (under the reign of Emperor Minh Mang), 8000 soldiers joined in renovating Ky Te pond. Then, the lake was renamed as Tinh Tam and became an imperial park.

Duc Duc tomb (An tomb) is the place where three generations including Emperor Duc Duc (father), Emperor Thanh Thai (son) and Emperor Duy Tan (cousin) rested in peace.
