From June 8 to June 11, 2024, domestic and foreign art troupes will perform at Quoc Hoc stage and 3/2 stage from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM. So far, 12 international art troupes from 7 countries are dispatched to Hue Festival i.e. Xuan Le dancer, Cergy Hiphop dance crew, Merchem (Belgium), Double Impro (Wallonie-Bruxelles, Belgium), Flamenco Hispano music band (Spain), Eisa Urakaji drum dance art troupe (Japan), Lanxi Li Yu Drama Research Institute (China), Pianist Steve Barakatt (Canada), Koninklijke Steltenlopers Merchtem-Belgium Stilt walkers, Sae Nyuk traditional art delegation, Yangpyeong Culture and Art Association (South Korea), etc. Besides, this biannually held event attracts famous artists such as Den Van, Suboi, Chillies boy band, Soobin Hoang Son, Bac Ninh Folk Music Theater, Cao Van Lau Theater – “Don ca tai tu” (traditional chamber music genre) in Bac Lieu, Vietnam Circus Federation, Kon Tum province’s art troupe, etc.
In addition, there will also be a large number of local artists from Hue Singing theater, Hue Royal Art Opera, Hue Music Academy, clubs, young artists and students across the province. These performance are believed to show the distinctiveness, elegance and diversity of traditional and contemporary art.
