KEY PROJECTS 2023
1. Key projects Huyen thoai Dia Trung Hai resort, Minh Vien Lang Co international resort, Laguna Lang Co project phase 2, Dang Kim Long tourism and service complex, International golf court, auxiliary service area, village in Vinh Xuan commune; Kim Long Motor Hue manufacturing and assembling complex, Gilimex technical infrastructure construction and business investment project, Sai Gon - Chan May industrial park’s infrastructure construction project, Aeon Mall Hue project, investment project in An Van Duong new urban area, etc.
2. Key projects: Cam Lo - La Son highway; upgrading and expanding Phu Bai International Airport; road and bridge over Thuan An sea gate; the extended street to Phu Bai international airport, the bridge over the Huong river and the third ring road; bridge over Tam Giang lagoon connecting Phu Da commune and Vinh Xuan commune; road connecting Quang Dien district, Huong Tra town and Hue city, road to the west of Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon (Phu My - Phu Da), Chan May breakwater; Phong Dien townlet - Dien Loc commune, etc.
3. Hue city water environment improvement project; project of conserving, repairing and renovating Hue Citadel system (2nd phase); urban embellishment projects, etc.
4. Projects Minh Vien Lang Co international resort, Laguna Lang Co project phase 2, Kanglongda Hue Factory; Kim Long Motor Hue manufacturing and assembling complex; International golf court, auxiliary service area and villa in Vinh Xuan commune; completing construction investment procedure of the 4th pier, 5th pier and 6th pier - Chan May port; Chan May logistic services area - Chan May port; Frit La Son factory, etc; project on infrastructure construction and business investment of Gilimex Phu Bai 3 and Phu Bai 4 industrial park; Phu Bai industrial park the fourth period - stage 1, Phong Dien industrial zone - Viglacera; Sai Gon - Chan May industrial park; the second phase of Chan May port’s breakwater, the main road of Chan May urban area; road connecting the non-tariff zone and Chan May port; the main road of Phu Da Industrial zone, etc.
