"Thua Thien Hue will bring enterprises favorable investment and business environment", spoke Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Phan Quy Phuong at a ceremony held by Thua Thien Hue enterprise association on October 13th. The ceremony was aimed to celebrate Vietnamese Business Day (October 13th) and honor excellent businessmen in 2021. Member of the provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Hue city's Party Committee Phan Thien Dinh; the leader representatives of departments and agencies; enterprise associations, businessmen and enterprises across the province attended the event.
According to the Chairman of provincial Enterprises Association Duong Tuan Anh, Covid-19 pandemic has had serious impact on businessmen and enterprises in 2020 and 2021. Thanks to timely practical measures of the State, local enterprises had come up with suitable solutions to stabilize production and businesses.
Local business association conducted several activities to help enterprises overcome the pandemic; disseminate, monitor and join in implementing State policies applied to enterprises affected by the pandemic. The association co-organized workshops, provided training course on effective business management method during the pandemic, supported enterprises in digital transformation and undertook DDCI 2021 survey.
"Provincial enterprise association will continue to connect enterprises and businessmen for the development of enterprise community and local common socio-economic objectives", Chairman of the provincial enterprise Association emphasized.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Phan Quy Phuong highly appreciated businessmen and enterprises for overcoming difficulties and making contribution to local economic development. "Enterprises had helped the province well conduct the dual goals of pandemic containment and economic growth", Vice Chairman emphasized.
Vice Chairman Phan Quy Phuong hoped that businesses would regularly offer suggestions to the province for local further development and give their opinion of administrative procedures for possible reform. The provincial leader expected that enterprises would have long-term measures to adapt, change management method, promote production and business. The province will make effort to create favorable investment and business environment and facilitate enterprises for stable and sustainable develop.
On this occasion, the certificate of merit of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the certificate of merit of Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises were presented to 42 excellent businessmen and enterprises. Thirty new association members were welcomed.
